Our hosts Ginger and Jaime are the most wonderful people and they welcomed us warmly in their shop and furnished kitchen. We had a group of 18 guests watching us preparing the dinner composed of prosciutto, Parmigiano and balsamic vinegar salad, green tortelloni with ricotta, tagliatelle with ragu' alla bolognese and semifreddo (our grandmother recipe).
Jaime provided us the best Italian ingredients and made the fresh ricotta for the tortelloni filling: they were so tasty and flavorful, it was a real treat for us and for all the participants!
Ginger and her staff helped and assisted us during the preparation, the class and the cleaning, they were all so available, attentive to our needs and efficient.
Both classes were very successful and we felt so proud to receive so many compliments and agreements from all of our students! Thank you so much again to Ginger and Jaime for giving us this wonderful opportunity!
